Kenneth McKay, B.A., LL.B - Mr. McKay
is a Senior Partner in the intellectual property law firm Sim, Hughes,
Ashton & McKay. Mr. McKay is an active litigator in the intellectual
property bar in Canada and is the co-author of several books and papers relating
to intellectual property and the marketing and licensing of technology.

Andy Rösch - Mr. Rösch is Managing Director of MMB Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH, a distribution company designed to support the launch of medical products in Europe, and currently the Master Distributor for MedX products in the European community. From 2005 to 2009 Mr. Rösch was CEO of Paketeria AG where he led the IPO of Paketeria AG at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Mr. Rösch was also Managing Director, at Rösch & Frey, a consulting group for medical companies, and earlier had served as CEO of Rösch GmbH, where his work in automated medical device products as well as several M&A transactions in the dental market led to him becoming a finalist as "Entrepreneur of the Year", Manager Magazine, Ernest & Young, 2000.
